Here are some answers to questions we’re often asked.
Do you allow pets?
Powered sites are pet-friendly. All pets must be on leash at all times.
What's an 'additional person'?
Some of our cabins are priced at a standard rate plus additional costs for each additional person. In these situations, children under 5 stay free, but children 5 or older count as an additional person.
What happens if I cancel a booking?
Cancellations with more than 7 days’ notice are fully refunded, less a $20 cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled within 7 days of booking date incur one night’s accommodation fee.
Refunds for early departure or unused services?
Sorry, we don’t issue refunds for early departures or unused services.
What are your check-in/out times?
Check-in from 1pm, earlier by arrangement. Check-out strictly 10am.
If I'm just pitching a tent, do I still have use of the amenities?
Certainly. All shared amenities are available to all patrons.
What are your office hours?
June-August: 9am – 4:30pm, September-May: 8:30am – 6:30pm.
What's the situation with bedding/linen for cabins?
The main bed in each cabin is made up, including electric blankets. Linen and towels for extra people/beds are available from reception at no charge. Doonas and pillows for each bed are provided in the cabin itself.
Do you have wheelchair access?
Most of our cabins have stairs leading to the entryway. A small number of our cabins have rampways rather than stairs. We suggest you enquire about wheelchair access within the cabins themselves as some feature narrow doorways. Our amenities blocks include disabled shower and toilet.
Do you have wifi / wireless internet?
We don’t currently have wifi, but we do provide a computer for internet access at the reception during office hours, at a small cost.
Does the park have a dumping station?
Yes, we do.
Does the park have a playground?
We’re planning to install one, but no, not yet. There is a small play area behind Woolworths, a two minute drive.
